All artists are encouraged to apply but must provide their own original works. Art of all media is accepted. Please provide a brief description of your work, and if you have an online portfolio, please consider including your website on the application (download below).

Rules/Regulations/Etc.:

  • Booth spaces are 10'x10'. Tents are suggested but not mandatory.

    • Limited Tents are available (for rent) for an additional fee

    • You may provide your own tent, cannot exceed 10'x10' 

  • Artists assume all liability for artwork/displays. Holy Trinity is not responsible for any damage or loss

  • Electricity is not available; no generators

  • Rain or Shine Event. No Refunds due to weather

  • Artists receive 100% of the proceeds from their sales and are responsible for any sales tax, etc.

  • Set-up begins at 6:30 AM day of the Festival. Early set-up can be arranged, but no liability or security is provided/available

  • Complimentary standardized booth signage will be provided

Fees/Booth Information:

  • Jury/Application Fee - $25 (application fee waived for all returning artists)

  • Single Booth (10'x10') - $100

    • ​Single Booth + Tent Rental - $150

  • Double Booth (Two 10'x10' / 10'x20' in total) - $200​

    • Double Booth + Tent Rental - $300​

  • Corner Booth (10'x10') - $150

    • Corner Booth + Tent Rental - $200​

  • Make all checks payable to "Holy Trinity Arts Festival"

Artist Application & Agreement

Deadline: March 15, 2024

The Holy Trinity Arts Festival will be held in Lincoln on Saturday, May 18, 2024, on the campus of The Church of the Holy Trinity, located at 6001 'A' Street.

Checklist of Application Materials:

  • Signed Artist Application Form & Agreement or Submit via ZAPPlication: https://www.zapplication.org/event-info.php?ID=11970

  • Thumb drive with 5 representative images or send to email (holytrinityartsfestival@gmail.com); if applied via ZAPP, will submit there

  • List of Titles and Medium

  • $25 cash or check made payable to the Holy Trinity Arts Festival or by PayPal (@holytrinityarts). If applying via ZAPP, payment is submitted there.

If completing the electronic submission for application, please have ZAPPlication submitted by 5:00pm on March 15th, 2024

 

If completing a physical application, please send the completed Application & Agreement, thumb drive (or email) with 5 representative images, list of Titles and Medium, and $25 by 1:00 PM, March 15, 2024, to:

Artists will be selected by a 3-person jury and notified of their selection by March 22, 2024
